Yeti Christmas

Here today with another image by LeighSBDesigns, actually a few images, as they all come separate in the file and you can put them together or not use them. The yeti, scarf, hat, tree and there are presents too which I didn't use. Anway, I have colored the images with copics the scarf and hat I merged together on my computer with the yeti before printing, the tree was separate. I did a background using a stencil and popped the image up onto the stencil. and completed the card using red ribbon and then layered gold on top added the mittens, which were plain, but had these small tress so added them and the greeting is a sticker.

Make your own Background

Hi Everyone, this fortnight at Make My Monday blog, we are challenging you to make your own background, which I have done on this card. I used 2 stencils brick wall ( Rabbit Hole Designs), and tree bark (StampAnniething) I used Fired Brick distress ink for the brick, then I masked it off and used the tree bark with soft suede and crumbcake inks. I then stamped the caffeine symbol, and other stamps from Extreme Elements and Touches of Texture from Stampin Up as well as I added the sign buggy for caffeine which is a sentiment that comes with the bugs. I colored and die cut the bugs from Rabbit Hole Designs. out  and placed them on my scene, and mounted the scene onto a base.

Rudolph Selfie

Hi Everyone, here to share my first DT project for SheepSki Design Stamps. I just love this image, it is a hoot. I colored rudoph with Copics, and then decided to add camera with the words OH SNAP, and then Merry Christmas at the bottom, but felt like it was missing something so added the gems, and still thought no still not right, so the second camera in the opposite colors was added, and I love how it turned out, what do you think?

Snowman

This fortnight at Cardz4Guyz challenge, we want to see snowmen, I love this theme, as I got to use one of my favorite snowman stamps, this guy comes from Serendipity stamps and to me has so much character. Anyway I colored him with Copic Markers, and added some glitter to the top of the broom the hat and on the ledge of the birdhouse.  After coloring and glittering him up I have a swiss dots embossing folder which I have die cut an oval out of and so I put him through this folder, after inking the folder with Marina Mist ink, I then added some snowflakes with gems in the center, and the Let it Snow sentiment die.

Christmas

Hi Everyone, we have a traditional Christmas challenge over at Cardz4Guyz this fortnight and I just love this theme, to me that is reds, greens, baubles, trees, that kind of thing, and so this is my card. I have used the birch tree embossing folder, and on the front side, which is the side with the lettering from Sizzix, I used my brayer and brayered smokey slate, and then stamped in mossy meadow ink the Lovely as a Tree pine tree, then ran it through my vagabond. I then added a couple of wood chip birds which I colored red, and stamped the sentiment in Cherry Cobbler to match the base of my card, and edged the sentiment in mossy meadow.
