Sketch Challenge at Cardz4Guys Challenge

Hi Everyone, I have a card I've made using the sketch for the Cardz4Guys Challenge this week. I just love how this card turned out. Anyway very simple, I stenciled the rope background using some soft suede ink and a stencil I just purchased. I stamped the ship from The Open Sea set and left it as was. then cut out in circle and cut another circle in navy and attached to the rope design the anchor is a die I had in my stash which was cut out using Silver Sticker Paper and then stuck to the blue card stock and I fussy cut around to give it the border. and then the sentiment si from On Your Birthday set. again cut and then mounted on Navy.

Use a Digital Image for Make My Monday

Hi Everyone, this is my card for the Make My Monday Challenge where we were to use a digital image. I have so many so hard to choose just one, but alas I decided to use this beauty by Conie Fong which you can find in her etsy store. I love her images. I colored it with copics and then used some papers retired from Stampin up, and simple sentiment. I wanted the image to be the focus so that is why no real embellishments.
