Card for the Guys

Hi Everyone, M is for Male over at Sunny Day Crafting so I have made this card, using the stamp set called Moon Lake. I have stamped it with Stazon Ink, and watercolored the image using Faber Castel Watercolor Pencils. I have cut it into a rectangle, and mounted it onto Always Artichoke. the background was stamped on Brown Sugar, and with Hardwood Background stamp in soft suede ink. I have used the sentiment from the set, punched with word window, and modern label punch, and added some color dots. added twine behind it. It is all mounted onto a piece of Garden Green card stock

Fall Colors

Here is my card for this weeks Fall Colors challenge over at the Pause, Dream Joy Challenge,
I have used distress inks for the main part of the background, then used the stamp set Gently Falling and stamped the leaves using Soft Suede ink. Layered the panel onto soft suede, and layered it onto a piece Pumpkin Pie which was embossed using a birch tree embossing folder.  the burlap ribbon was added to the front and the greeting from the Curly Cute stamp set was stamped directly on it, and finished off the card using a maple leaf brad.

Avery with Pumpkin

I have used unbranded dies to cut her out and the background piece out, I have used we are Memory Keepers Embossing folder to emboss the background paper, the Feathers were stamped using the 4 Feathers stamp set and die cut out with matching dies and the flower is from Wild Orchid Crafts. The color dots are from a suprise box I got when ordering from Paper Nest Dolls. The sentiment is from the For All you do Stamp set by Stampin up

Peggy in A Box

Hi Everyone my day for inspiration post on the Sasayaki Glitter Blog. This is my card using Peggy in a Box. What a sweet image, that was released on the 15th of Sept.  I have colored her with Copics.

Skin: E04,11,21,00,000

Hair, E27,25,23, 

Red: R35,37,39

Orange, YR 07,04

Box: E43,42,41

Mice: C3,1,0

I have cut her into a square using a stitched unbranded die, I cut also a piece of Real Red card stock using the same dies, and also the card base as well. I used some stitched ribbon in real red  and a pearl brad to make the bow. For the background and sentiment I used the Elements of Style Stamp set and the background was stamped randomly all over the card base. The sentiment was punched out using circle punch. I finished off the card by adding some punched hearts to mimic the hearts on the box. Thanks for looking

I have used paper from the Orchard Harvest DSP and Sentiment from Day of Gratitude set, both by Stampin Up.  stamped and also mounted on Tangelo Twist. I have added burlap ribbon as well.

Love is in the air

Hi All this week at Sunny Day Crafting it's all about Love, I have made this wedding card. The background scalloped heart is a die, the top heart is a punch, the male one is two punches and I cut the black one to fit on top. There is a small satin bow and added pearls. I added glitter to the female heart. I have added black satin ribbon and made a bow. The greeting is stamped using Sweet Essentials stamp, and cut out using a fancy label die. The edges of the paper were punched using a heart edge punch. The paper is from DCVW Forever and Always stack

Fantasy Challenge

Hi Everyone, In the land of fantasy, there are always fairy's so I have chosen this sweet Ava Fairy Special from Bugaboo Stamps for my card, for the Come and Get It Fantasy Challenge this week.  I have used Copics to color her, and made her into a simple birthday card.

I have cut her out using unbranded rectangle die, added some strips of cardstock over embossed card, using embossing folder from Provo Craft , cutting out with edge die, added a strip of paper from Best Year Ever DSP from Stampin up, sentiment is from Stampin up So Happy for you set, and added 2 color dots under it. flower added from Wild Orchid Crafts.

King and his Castle

Hi Everyone, it's New Release day with Sasayaki Glitter, and I have had the honor of working with this cute image called King Shy. I have colored him with Copics

I have used Sentiment from Stampin Up set Perfect Pennants and stamped in Wisteria Wonder. Added some clouds in the background using Soft Sky ink and dauber, and added some gems to his crown

Cherry Pie Anyone

I printed out the recipe in word, and cut it down to 7 by 7.5
I mounted onto a piece of red card stock, I have popped the image on the recipe, and then added some stamped cherries, from the Perfectly Preserved Stamp set. I colored them with marker before stamping.

Scent with Love

Here with another new card for Sketch Saturday, this time we are sponsored by Just Me Digital Images, I have chosen to use the Scent by Skunk Valentine Image, I just thought it was too cute not to use anytime.
I have colored the image using Copics

I cut the image out and made a background using a stamp from the Work of Art set and Real Red ink from Stampin up and randomly stamped it onto the card stock. The image comes with the stamp. so cut out and placed on the card.

I've put him onto a background using Flashback DSP and a metal sheet that I embossed with a houndstooth embossing folder, and added the flags down the side, and the flag for the sentiment which is from Banner Greetings, by Stampin Up

Life is a Circus....

Hi Everyone, we have a new Challenge at Come and Get It this week and it is all about the circus. well at least things you find at a circus. We are sponsored by Bugaboo Stamps this week and I am using the Kidz Clown Sitter image to make my card.

I have colored it with copics.

After coloring the image I have cut it out using unbranded rectangle die, and mounted onto a second one cut out of cardstock. for my background I used Stampin up Large Scallop edgelit for the two pieces at the bottom, and added them together, and added some sequin stars to compliment the images iwht the star on her face. The flower is from Wild Orchid Crafts, and i have died it with Red ink to match the red card stock, The background paper is from the Confetti Celebration DSP from Stampin up. the sentiment was printed on my computer and cut and mounted.. and finished by adding a star onto it and in the top corner.

Sasayaki Glitter New Relase Day

Hi Everyone today is New Release Day at Sasayaki Glitter, and I chose Under the Rain to work with for my project. I have colored her with Copics.

After coloring I have cut her out with a spellbinders oval die, and then using the floral frame spellbinders die as well. I have mounted it on to some DCVW Paper from the Nana's Kids pack, the sentiment is stamped with Tangerine Tango ink, and is from the Stampin up set Rain or Shine

I then added the felt flower and a button on top for the center, both also from Stampin up.
