Old Lady Candy Cane

Hi Everyone, this is a new image by Sandra Caldwell, called Old Lady Candy Cane, I colored her with copics, and mounted her onto Gumball Green cardstock, and then used a background of white paper that was embossed with stripes EF, then used Red Riding Hood 11/2 in grosgrain striped ribbon around the card and into a bow. I have added a tag on the side for the greeting which comes from the Tags til Christmas stamp set, and is punched with postage stamp punch and then mounted onto a piece of card stock punched with tag punch and added some twin for the tag.

He is so cute, I have colored him with copics, and have paired him with my stamps from Inkadinka doo I thought it made a perfect card for a new puppy addition to the family.

Hip Hop Hippo

Hi Everyone, this is a new image for Sandra Caldwell, which will be available in her Etsy Shop today. He is called Hip Hop Hippo. I have colored him with Copics then mounted him onto designer paper. Then mounted it onto paper from the Celbration pack from Stampin up. then I cut some banners from the Balloon framelits and added them on and cut a die from Tim Holtz Celebrate set.

Same but Different

Hi Everyone, as the newest member of the My Besties UK Challenge blog I have made this card for the Same but Different post. For my card I have used the image, colored it with copics, and have used Irrisistably Yours Designer paper from Stampin Up which is the strips, and inked them using Rose Red ink, and used paper from the Brights designer pack, along with some ribbon which is rose red Seam binding ribbon, and a charm. I also made some baseballs as well.

Celebrating Father's Day

Hi everyone, this week at Come and Get It Challenges we are celebrating Father's Day. Our sponsor for this week is Bugaboo Stamps. I am using two images, for my cards, Kidz Dad- Girl, and Kidz Dad- Boy for my cards, I have made them fairly simple as I wanted the images to stand out. 

The first one for the girl I colored her with copics and cut her out and mounted her onto Night of Navy card stock, and made a bow with the builder punch and put a rhinestone in the center and added a few at the bottom under the image, for the boy I just added a strip of black rhinestones at the top and bottom. the paper is from the Urban Garden  Designer paper pack retired long ago from Stampin Up. Snow Birds of a Feather

A simple Christmas card for you this week using a new image from Sandra Caldwell called Snow Birds of a Feather. I have colored the image with copics. I then mounted it onto old olive. The base of the card is old olive the designer paper is from my stash, the Merry Christmas is a Elizabeth Die, and the snowflakes are from my stash that a friend gave me, and I added some silver dots to the centers.

Tea Party Ellie

Hi Everyone this is a new image from Paper Nest Dolls, called Tea Party Ellie, She is colored with copics, and then cut with oval die, then mounted on a Lacy Oval Die. The background is a tulip border embossing folder from Stampin Up. The flowers are from Wild Orchid Crafts, The blue ones have been spray with ink.. and glued on Thanks for looking

Wedding Inspiration

We are celebrating weddings this week at Come and Get It Challenges and our Sponsor for this week is Sami Stamps. which has a beautiful line of images. I am using one called floral bride for card. I have colored her with copics, and mounted her onto a pink background, The base of the card is black, then I added a layer of Pink punched with the lace border punch and embossed it with the we are memory keeps hearts folder, this time using the folder with the embossing embedded. I added some organza ribbon, that has a strip of satin in the middle, made a bow, and added a charm that says love on it, i then added some roses from my stash and used some leaves I got from Wild Orchid Crafts.
