Lucky- St Patricks Day

Hi here with another inspiration post for Sandra Caldwell, This guy is called Lucky, and I picked him mainly cause he reminded me of my husband with the large mustache. I decided that since he was Lucky and had some coins I would use him for St. Patricks Day. The clovers were cut using my Cameo Silhouette machine, the background was embossed using the Chevrons embossing folder, and the sentiment from the Teeny Tiny Wishes stamp set both from Stampin Up.

Dancing in the Rain

Hi Everyone, Here is another new release from Sandra Caldwell she is called Ballerina Chick. You can get her at the store by clicking on the name of the image. She was so much fun to work with. I thought oh Life is all about dancing and enjoying it, not waiting for it to pass you by, so that is why I used this quote. I just love it, as it makes total sense to me, and of course you need the rain to dance in so the umbrella helps keeping the tutu in good shape LOL. Anyway that's my story.
Thanks for looking, have a fun filled day and enjoy life and Dance in the Rain.

Starbucks Bear

Hi Everyone, well I am proud to say that I was chosen to be on Sandra Caldwell's DT for her facebook group. I love her images, as I think they are quirky and so much fun to work with.

For my first project I have chosen the Starbucks Bear, and I thought oh the perfect image to make a gift card holder or a colleague of mine or next Christmas, I know well can never get things ready too early.

I have colored the bear using copics. and then used my silhouette to cut out the coffee cup. as well as the front of it, which is in Garden Green Striped paper from Stampin up. I added a hole into the lid so I could add the tag to the card, which is a stamp from the Beautiful Season stamp set also by Stampin Up.

Something New

Hi Everyone, we have a Something New Challenge you to get you started off  in the New Year, The something new can be new image, new paper, new die whatever, as long as you use something new on your project. For my project the image was new which is called Baby Smilin' from A Day for Daisies our Sponsor this time around. Also new is the punch I got to make the sweet bow on the card.  I have used copics to color the image, and put it onto a panel embossed with a spellbinders embossing folder, the bow was made after I took a piece of white cards stock and embossed it with a cuttlebug folder. I mounted the image and the background panel onto Coastal Cabana card stock and cut out the spellbinders fancy tag die and and oval punch with the sentiment from a stamp set called Teeny Tiny Wishes, available through Stampin Up.
Thanks for looking.
