Distress it

This week at Come and Get It we have another cool challenge, called Distress it. Make a project and use the distress technique on it. We have a great sponsor for the challenge too. My image however is not from the sponsor, as we originally had two sponsors, but one had backed out due to changes being done at the site and store. Fitztown is where the image came from called Cameo 3. I have colored it using Copics, and then cut it out using a spellbinders die, and distressed the edges with Crumb Cake ink, I used Crisp Cantaloupe card stock and embossed it using the Elegant Lines Embossing folder, and add some pearls, and distressed it with Crumb Cake as well. and used a distressing tool on the edges It is backed onto Early Espresso card stock,

On the 12th Day of Christmas

my truelove gave to me 12 drummers drumming ..... well at least that is what the image is called from The Stamping Boutique who is one of our sponsors this week, and the challenge is to use Kraft. I colored my image this time with inktense pencils. and then mounted it on red, and mounted onto a paper I had in my stash that has music. The sentiment is from Verve, the stamp set is Snowflake Splendor. The music notes were Black in color, that I got from Hobby Lobby when I was visiting in the states, I sanded them and the black came off of them, and then I painted them with a Gold Ranger paint dauber. I mounted everything on red, then again on Kraft.

Ribbon and Bling

Hi Everyone, A very simple card for our challenge this week at Come and Get It. The theme for this week is to use Ribbon and Bling on your project. I have used an image from one of our sponsors Crafty Sentiments. The image is called A Gentle Touch. What a sweet image, I have colored it with Copics, I have put it onto Lullaby Paper by Stampin up and have used the saying from a set called Just Sayin' from Stampin Up as well. Then the ribbon was added and the bling onto the bottom of the scallops. Thanks for looking

Happy Birthday Crafting for All Seasons

This week, Crafting for all Seasons is celebrating it's 4th birthday so to celebrate we have lots of sponsors with lots of prizes, so go check it out. The challenge is simple make a birthday card and put 4 of something on it. I am using an image from Bugaboo called Celebration Bunch. I have colored it with copics, added some fun paper in the background and sentiment, and ribbon. Then for my four things I added sequins, so much fun.

Clean and Simple

This week at Holly Jolly, we have a clean and simple challenge, I have made this card using one of the images that can be found at our Sponsor's Store, Stamp and Create. The image itself is one of the Make it Crafty Elves, called Floppy, I have colored it with Copics, then did some faux stitching around the edges and stamped the greeting from Contempo Christmas stamp set by Stampin Up.
