A fun card, that I did while using up some stash, the image is from Milk'n Coffee Designs. 

I have used a Joy Craft Butterfly die for the edge and a different die for the single butterflies. The card was colored with Copics.

Stitching for Holly Jolly

Today the challenge at Holly Jolly is stitching, and you can use real stitching or faux stitching on the card. I have chosen to do both. I have used Christmas Chick, from one of our sponsors OddBall Art Co. I used a Martha Stewart punch for the border, some Satin Ribbon, and some red thread for the stitching using my Sew Mini sewing machine. The sentiment on the Tshirt of the image is BAH HUMBUG, so that is why the sentiment on the card. which is done using a Label punch and Circle Punch, the sentiment is handwritten and faux stitching around it.

Far East Enchantress

As the Far East Wind Blows with dreams abound there sits the Far East Enchantress in all her glory, dressed in her finery.

I have used the Center Step Fold type of card for this Enchantress. She is colored with Copics,
The sides and bottom are stamped and embossed with gold using the Grateful Elegance set from Verve stamps. The roses are from my stash, and the sentiment comes from the set called Dream Garden from Stampin Up.

Beautiful Pansies

This week at Come and Get It, we are to make our own backgrounds for the image. The image I am using is by Mizti, over at Aurora Wings, one of our sponsors this week. For the background I used sponging with Soft Sky and Pink Pirourette, in the picture it is hard to see the pink pirouette, as it is just around the edge of the flowers, almost turning it to a light purple as it was sponged on top of the blue.It is mounted onto a piece of Elegant Eggplant then onto a piece of Pink pirouette embossed with the fan folder from Stampin Up.

3-2-1 Challenge

This week at Come and Get It we have a 321 challenge for you, which means use 3 embellishments, 2 designer papers and one image on your card. We have some great sponsors for this challenge. I have used an image from Oak Pond Creations, called Baby Blocks. I have colored it with copics, and made a simple and sweet layout with the card. 

I have used the 3 pearls for my embellishments. 2 pieces of designer paper from Lullaby Designer paper from Stampin Up, and the image cut out and matted on a piece of Pool Party cut out with spellbinders scalloped rectangle dies

. The other embellishment is the ribbon, which is from Stampin Up as well, it is the 1/2 in Seam Binding Ribbon in Pool Party.

Dies and Punches

This week at Holly Jolly, we have a really easy challenge, so get a Christmas card done, all you have to use is dies and punches on it and you can enter. I am using a sweet image called Ava - Mistletoe Fairy from one of our Sponsors this week Bugaboo Stamps. They have a great selection of whimsical and kid stamps that you will love. Anyway for my card I have used the Scalloped Square Die from Spellbinders along with the Squares, then I used the MS Fern Punch from Martha Stewart to go around the flowers. Thanks for looking
