Tic Tac Toe

This is my card for our current challenge at Crafting for All Seasons, which of course is a Tic Tac Toe Challenge. We are Sponsored by The Paper Shelter, which I am using one of the images called so Pretty
I have colored her with Promarkers. and for the embellishments have made flowers with my dies from Quilled Creations and the Swirls and Butterflies are from Joy Crafts.
